Wellness Wallet Terms and Guardrails
- Membership requires a valid credit card on file.
- Membership is billed on the 1st of each month.
- Initial commitment is 6 months.
- Wellness Wallet balances roll over while membership remains active.
- Maximum Wallet balance is capped at 12 months of membership payments.
- Wallet balances are promotional credits and have no cash value.
- Wallet balances are non-refundable
- Birthday service credits may be used toward eligible services only.
- Birthday service credits may not be applied toward retail products, gift cards, medications, labs, or previously purchased packages.
- Member discounts cannot be combined with promotions, package pricing, medication programs, labs, or other discounts.
- If membership is canceled after the initial commitment period, remaining Wallet balance must be used within 90 days or it expires.
- Hydrinity birthday gifts are selected from current available inventory.
