Aesthetic and hormone medicine in Lenexa, Kansas — rooted in experience, compassion, and confidence.
Because your confidence matters.
At ÉLEVÉ, aesthetic medicine is about more than treatments — it’s about helping people feel confident, comfortable, and empowered in their own skin.
I’m Kelli Rausch, APRN, FNP-BC — a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Master Injector, and U.S. Navy veteran. I founded ÉLEVÉ Regenerative Aesthetics & Wellbeing in Lenexa City Center, and I’m the only provider here.
With more than 30 years in healthcare, I bring a blend of medical knowledge, aesthetic artistry, and real-life understanding to every patient I see. ÉLEVÉ is female veteran-owned.
Before I came to aesthetic medicine, I began my medical career as a Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy.
Military medicine shaped the values that still run this practice:
Those principles are the foundation of how I care for patients today.
ÉLEVÉ is a solo practice. I perform every consultation and every treatment myself — the same provider, every visit, with no rotating staff and no handoffs. I know your face, your history, and what we did last time, because I was the one who did it.
Patients choose ÉLEVÉ because they want a provider who listens, evaluates carefully, and designs treatments that support long-term confidence and wellness. Every plan is guided by:
This approach allows patients to achieve meaningful improvements while still looking like themselves.
Beyond her clinical experience, Kelli is also a wife, mother, and proud grandmother who understands firsthand how confidence and wellness evolve through different stages of life. Like many people, she has experienced her own struggles with confidence and weight, which ultimately inspired her passion for helping others feel better about themselves. This personal perspective allows her to connect with patients on a deeper level and provide care that is thoughtful, compassionate, and supportive.
So many women tell me some version of the same story. They brought up how they were feeling and were told it was stress, or their age, or just part of getting older. Some had been dismissed more than once before they got to me. I’m not going to do that to you. I’ll listen to the whole thing, I’ll answer your questions, and I won’t rush you out.
Her philosophy is simple:
Confidence isn’t about changing who you are — it’s about helping you feel like the best version of yourself.
At ÉLEVÉ, aesthetic medicine is never rushed or one-size-fits-all. Every treatment begins with thoughtful evaluation, careful planning, and a deep understanding of facial structure, skin health, and overall wellness. Kelli’s approach blends medical precision with aesthetic artistry, allowing treatments to enhance natural beauty rather than overpower it.
Her philosophy is guided by three principles.
Every face is unique. Treatments begin with careful evaluation of facial balance, anatomy, and long-term aging patterns to ensure refined and natural outcomes.
Whenever possible, treatments are selected to stimulate the body’s natural repair processes — supporting healthier skin, stronger hair, and long-term vitality.
The goal is never to look treated. The goal is to help patients look refreshed, confident, and authentically themselves.
At ÉLEVÉ, patients benefit from advanced treatments that combine aesthetic artistry with regenerative science.
I provide bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for both women and men — perimenopause and menopause care for women, and testosterone therapy and age-related hormone decline for men. I’m a BioTE-certified provider, with advanced training in evidence-based hormone optimization.
Every case starts with lab work. We talk through your symptoms, your history, and what’s actually bothering you day to day — not just what shows up on a panel. Then we decide together what to try, and I monitor it: trough labs, peak labs where they’re indicated, and follow-up visits that are actually scheduled.
There is no standard combination and no default starting point. Two women the same age with the same symptoms can need completely different things, and the only way to know is to look. Pellets are one option; so are creams, injections, and other delivery methods.
A workup, not a protocol. That’s the difference.
Medically supervised weight loss using compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, with lab work, monitoring, and real follow-up visits — not a subscription and a shipment.
Would give 10 stars -Kelli at ELEVE was wonderful! She takes the time to listen & customizes a treatment plan based on your concerns. I have had many laser procedures, Halo, BBL, Morpheus.. the NOUVADerm laser used at ELEVE is a completely different experience. Minimal downtime, almost completely painless & I am already loving my results! The care & expertise Kelli brings to the aesthetics industry is unmatched, I will be going to her for all of my aesthetics needs. Highly recommended!!!
I’ve been going to Kelli for a little over a year now and I’m 100% happy with every visit! I’ve had some past trauma and bad experiences with other providers, so I was really nervous to try someone new. But Kelli completely exceeded my expectations. She’s so kind, caring, and knowledgeable. I see her for filler, Botox, and weight loss services, and have had several treatments done with her — every single time, she makes me feel comfortable and confident. What I love most is that she’s honest and never tries to sell you something you don’t need. She truly cares about what’s best for you and it shows. I can’t say enough good things about her — highly, highly recommend seeing Kelli!

I do — all of them. ÉLEVÉ is a solo practice. Kelli Rausch, APRN, FNP-BC performs every consultation and every treatment personally.
I’m a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (APRN, FNP-BC) with more than 30 years in healthcare, a BioTE-certified provider, and a U.S. Navy veteran who served as a Hospital Corpsman.
Yes. Men are a real part of my hormone practice — testosterone therapy and age-related hormone decline — and men come in for injectables and skin treatments as well.
For anything hormone-related, yes, and it starts with lab work. For aesthetic treatments it depends on what you’re after; a consultation is always available and I’d usually recommend one if we haven’t met.
