Outside the studio in Lenexa — 8801 Image Studios. This is where I see every patient, personally.

I’ll be honest with you. If you’re searching for a medspa in Lenexa, you’re probably overwhelmed. There are more options than there were five years ago, the technology has changed, and every practice claims to be “premier,” “advanced,” and “patient-focused.” Most of them are not.

I opened ÉLEVÉ because I wanted somewhere I’d send my own family somewhere the work was honest, the technology was current, and the person in the room with you actually had the medical training to know what they were doing.

So instead of writing a sales pitch, I’m going to walk you through how I’d choose a medspa in Lenexa if I were in your shoes. Then you can decide if ÉLEVÉ is the right fit for you, or if you want to keep looking. Both answers are fine with me.

What "Medical" Actually Means in a Medical Spa

The word “medical” gets used loosely. Here’s the difference that matters:

A true medical spa runs under licensed medical supervision. The injector putting needles in your face has a clinical license and accountability not a weekend certification. The protocols are written, the devices are FDA-cleared, and the person treating you can answer questions about anatomy, contraindications, and what to do if something doesn’t go to plan.

At ÉLEVÉ, I’m an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner APRN, FNP-BC, with a Kansas APRN license. I treat every patient personally. I don’t subcontract injections to estheticians and I don’t run a high-volume conveyor belt model where you see a different face every visit.

That’s not the only way to run a medspa. But it’s the only way I’ll run mine.

The Services I Offer at ÉLEVÉ (and the Ones I Don't)

I think a lot of medspa blogs read like a menu of everything in the industry, whether the practice actually does those things or not. I’m going to be straight with you about what I do.

Injectables I provide:

  • NeurotoxinsBotox, Dysport, Daxxify, and Jeuveau. Different formulations have different onset times and duration; I help you pick the right one for your face and your schedule
  • Dermal fillers –  restoring volume in cheeks, jawline, lips, and folds with a conservative, structure-first approach
  • Vitamin injections – targeted B-complex and other formulations for energy, recovery, and skin health support

Laser and skin treatments:

  • NOUVADerm fractional laser – for resurfacing, pigmentation, fine lines, and texture
  • NOUVAGlo – gentler photofacial-style treatment for tone, redness, and brightening
  • Chemical peels – medical-grade peels customized to your skin type and goals

Medical wellness:

  • BHRT — bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, including pellet therapy, for women and men whose hormones have shifted
  • Medical weight loss with semaglutide and tirzepatide — GLP-1 protocols under medical supervision, with the labs, monitoring, and ongoing visits this kind of medication actually requires
  • Hair restoration — for patients dealing with thinning or shedding who want a clinical approach rather than over-the-counter guesswork

Skincare:

Medical-grade skincare linesHydrinity, EltaMD, EXO|E, DE|RIVE, RE|PIR, and D|TOX. I carry these because they’re the lines I actually trust and use myself, not because a rep offered the best margin. Hydrinity is included in our package treatments and all six are available on their own.

Memberships:

For patients who want predictable, ongoing care, our memberships make consistent treatment more accessible. (More on those in a minute.)

What I don’t offer: I’m not going to list services I don’t do just to look more comprehensive. If you need something outside my scope, I’ll tell you and point you somewhere reputable.

How to Pick the Right Medspa in Lenexa (Even If It's Not Mine)

1. Look at who’s actually treating you

Ask in your consultation: “Who will be performing my treatment?” If the answer is vague, or the person you consult with isn’t the person who will inject you, that matters. Continuity of care produces better results.

2. Ask about technology — and whether it’s current

Lasers have a real lifespan. A fractional laser system from 2014 is not the same as one from 2023, even if the practice calls both “advanced.” It’s a fair question. A good practice will answer it directly.

3. Watch for the “you need everything” sell

I’d rather you do one treatment beautifully than five treatments because somebody upsold you a stack. If a consultation feels like a sales meeting, leave. A good consultation tells you what you don’t need almost as often as what you do.

4. Look at real outcomes, not stock photos

Ask to see before-and-afters from the actual practitioner you’ll see. Stock images and influencer reposts tell you nothing about the person holding the needle.

5. Honest expectations

Anyone who promises a specific outcome is overselling. Results vary, and multiple treatments may be needed depending on the degree of correction you’re working toward. That’s not a disclaimer it’s the truth.

What Memberships Are Actually For

I get asked about memberships a lot. They’re not for everyone, but they’re powerful for the right patient:

  • You want consistent care, not one-off appointments
  • You want predictable monthly investment instead of sticker-shock per visit
  • You want your aesthetic plan treated as ongoing maintenance, the way you’d treat your hair, your dental work, or your fitness

ÉLEVÉ memberships build monthly credit you can apply to most services, plus member-only pricing on additional treatments. If you want details, ask me in your consult I’ll show you the tiers and help you figure out if any of them actually make sense for what you’re trying to accomplish.

What to Expect at Your First ÉLEVÉ Visit

Your first appointment is a real consultation, not a sales pitch. We talk through:

  • What’s bothering you and what you actually want to change
  • Your health history, medications, and anything that could affect treatment
  • What’s realistic, what’s not, and what the timeline looks like
  • A treatment plan that fits your goals and your budget not the other way around

If we’re not the right fit, I’ll tell you. If we are, we’ll start with what makes the biggest impact for you and build from there.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How is ÉLEVÉ different from other medspas in Lenexa and Overland Park?

You see me Kelli, APRN  every visit. I personally perform your injectables, design your treatment plan, and follow your results over time. There’s no rotating cast of injectors.

Q. Do I have to be a member to come in?

No. Memberships are for patients who want ongoing care at a predictable cost. Plenty of my patients come in à la carte and that’s completely fine.

Q. What’s the difference between Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, and Jeuveau?

All four are FDA-approved neurotoxins with different onset times and duration profiles. Botox is the long-established option many patients know; Dysport tends to onset faster; Daxxify can last longer for some patients; Jeuveau is a strong all-around option. I match the product to your face, your goals, and your schedule.

Q. Do you take walk-ins?

We’re appointment-based so I can give you my full attention. I’d rather see you for 60 thoughtful minutes than 15 rushed ones.

Q. Are GLP-1 weight loss treatments safe?

Semaglutide and tirzepatide are FDA-approved medications and safe when prescribed and monitored properly. That’s the key word monitored. My program includes labs, follow-ups, and medical oversight throughout. It’s medicine, not a shortcut.

Q. Where are you located?

ÉLEVÉ is in Lenexa, KS, serving Johnson County and the greater Kansas City area including Overland Park, Olathe, Shawnee, Leawood, and surrounding communities.
