Frequently Asked Questions

How often can I get these injections?
B12 can be done weekly. MICC, L-Carnitine, and Lipo+ are typically weekly during an active wellness or weight-management phase, then spaced out for maintenance. Vitamin D3 is dosed based on your bloodwork — usually every 1–4 weeks. Kelli will personalize your cadence at your first visit.
Do I have to be on a weight loss program?
No. These injections stand on their own as wellness tools — energy, recovery, immunity, resilience. They are equally useful for athletes, busy professionals, women in perimenopause, and anyone whose nutrition isn’t quite keeping up with their life.
Will I feel anything during the injection?
