Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy
(BHRT) for Women — Lenexa, KS

Rebalance your hormones. Reclaim your vitality.

As women move through perimenopause, menopause, and the years beyond, shifting hormones can bring a frustrating mix of symptoms — hot flashes, night sweats, fatigue, weight changes, disrupted sleep, brain fog, mood swings, and a dip in libido. These changes can affect not just how you feel physically, but your confidence and quality of life.

You don't have to just "live with it." At ÉLEVÉ Regenerative Aesthetics & Wellbeing in Lenexa, I help women restore balance, renew energy, and feel like themselves again with personalized Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT).

Confidence Elevated. Beauty & Vitality Refined.

Individual results vary. BHRT is a medical therapy provided after evaluation and is not appropriate for everyone.

What is BHRT?

Bioidentical hormones are plant-derived compounds that are structurally identical to the hormones your body naturally produces. Because they align with your own chemistry, BHRT is designed to help relieve symptoms of hormonal imbalance while minimizing side effects, compared with older synthetic hormone therapies.

BHRT can be especially supportive during:

Perimenopause

the years leading up to menopause

Menopause

the natural end of menstrual cycles

Post-menopause

the years beyond

My approach — personalized, evidence-based care

I'm Kelli Rausch, APRN, FNP-BC, and I personally guide every step of your care. Your journey starts with a comprehensive consultation: we talk through your symptoms and lifestyle, review your full medical history, complete a physical exam, and run detailed hormone lab testing so we understand exactly what your body needs.

From there, I design a fully customized plan — which may include bioidentical estrogen, progesterone, and/or testosterone in carefully balanced amounts, delivered by the method best suited to you. Then I monitor your progress closely and adjust over time, because good hormone care isn't "set it and forget it" — it evolves with you.

A note on my training: I'm a BioTE®-certified provider, which means I've completed advanced training in evidence-based hormone optimization. I bring that clinical rigor to ÉLEVÉ — but every plan I create is your own, fully customized to your labs, symptoms, and goals. I don't do one-size-fits-all.

Who is a good candidate?

BHRT may be a good fit for women experiencing symptoms of hormonal imbalance related to perimenopause, menopause, or other changes. The best way to know is a personalized consultation and lab evaluation — because BHRT isn't right for everyone, and safety comes first.

A personal note from me

I don't just recommend hormone therapy — I live it. Balancing my own hormones changed my daily life in ways I can genuinely feel: my energy, my sleep, my focus, and honestly, feeling like myself again. That experience is a big part of why I'm so passionate about getting this right for you. I know what it feels like from both sides of the table — and I won't stop fine-tuning until your labs and the way you feel line up. This one is personal to me.

How it works — my BHRT process

Every patient starts the same way: with an honest conversation.

A real conversation

We start by talking through your symptoms and your health history — an honest assessment of where you are and whether BHRT is the right fit for you. No pressure.

Your baseline labs

If we decide to move forward, I draw a full blood profile ($200) so your plan is built on real data, not guesswork.

Your personalized dose

Once your results are back, I review your bloodwork together with your health history to determine your precise, individualized dose.

Pellet insertion

If you're a candidate, I do your bioidentical hormone pellet insertion — a quick in-office procedure that takes under 30 minutes, either the same day as your review or scheduled. Expect mild soreness at the site for about 3–5 days (simple aftercare below).

PEAK labs (~6 weeks)

You'll come back around 6 weeks for what I call your PEAK labs — to see exactly how your body is metabolizing the pellets.

Trough labs (~14 weeks)

I recheck around 14 weeks to determine your next dose. (Timing can vary based on the size of your pellets.)

At every appointment, I review your symptoms and health history — and I check your labs frequently throughout your care. That constant monitoring is how I keep your hormones truly optimized, and it's the difference my patients feel most. (Many tell me they've gotten better results here than they have elsewhere.)

After your insertion

The insertion itself takes under 30 minutes. Here's what to plan for over the next 3–5 days:

I'll send you home with complete written instructions, and I'm always just a call or text away if anything comes up.

Pricing - simple and transparent, no hidden fees

I check your labs often to keep your hormones optimized to the best of my ability — and that ongoing monitoring is built right into your care, not billed as an extra.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is BHRT?

A medically supervised therapy that uses bioidentical hormones — structurally identical to your body’s own — to help relieve symptoms of hormonal imbalance.

Is BHRT safe?

Hormone therapy isn’t right for everyone. I carefully review your history and labs, discuss the benefits and risks with you, and only recommend treatment when it’s appropriate for you.

How soon will I feel a difference?

Many women notice improvements within the first several weeks, with benefits continuing to build over the following months. Results vary.

Will I need lab testing?

Yes — detailed hormone labs are part of your evaluation, so your plan is based on your actual levels, not guesswork.

Do you use pellets?

Yes — I use bioidentical hormone pellets, placed during a quick in-office insertion (under 30 minutes). We’ll confirm it’s the right fit for you at your consultation and lab review.

How often will I need labs?

Frequently — that’s the point. After your baseline profile, you’ll have PEAK labs (~6 weeks) and Trough labs (~14 weeks), and I check your levels regularly to keep you optimized. All follow-up bloodwork is included in your insertion price.

Can BHRT be combined with other services?

Yes — many women pair BHRT with medical weight management, wellness injections, or aesthetic treatments as part of a whole-person plan.
