I'm Kelli Rausch, APRN, FNP-BC, and I personally guide every step of your care. It starts with a comprehensive consultation and detailed hormone lab testing — we go through your symptoms, medical history, and goals so we know exactly what your body needs before we do anything.
From there, I build a fully customized plan — which may include precise, medically dosed testosterone and other bioidentical hormones, delivered by the method that fits you best. Then I monitor your labs and how you feel, adjusting over time. Hormone optimization is a clinical process with real follow-up — not a quick fix or a one-size-fits-all program.
A note on my training: I'm a BioTE®-certified provider, which means I've completed advanced training in evidence-based hormone optimization. I bring that clinical rigor to ÉLEVÉ — but every plan I create is your own, fully customized to your labs, symptoms, and goals. I don't do one-size-fits-all.

How it works — my BHRT process

Your baseline labs
If we decide to move forward, I draw a full blood profile ($200) so your plan is built on real data, not guesswork.
Your personalized dose
Once your results are back, I review your bloodwork together with your health history to determine your precise, individualized dose.
Pellet insertion
If you're a candidate, I do your bioidentical hormone pellet insertion — a quick in-office procedure that takes under 30 minutes, either the same day as your review or scheduled. Expect mild soreness at the site for about 3–5 days (simple aftercare below).
PEAK labs (~4 weeks)
You'll come back around 4 weeks for your PEAK labs — to see exactly how your body is metabolizing the pellets.
Trough labs (~14 weeks, sometimes longer)
I recheck to determine your next dose. (For men, this can run a bit longer depending on the size (mg) of the pellets placed.)
At every appointment, I review your symptoms and health history — and I check your labs frequently throughout your care. That constant monitoring is how I keep your hormones truly optimized, and it's the difference my patients feel most. (Many tell me they've gotten better results here than they have elsewhere.)

After your insertion
The insertion itself takes under 30 minutes. Here's what to plan for over the next 3–5 days:
- Keep it covered and dry — leave your bandages on and skip baths, hot tubs, and swimming (showering is fine).
- Take it easy on that side — no heavy lifting or intense exercise (running, squats, lunges).
- Mild soreness, bruising, or swelling at the site is normal and usually settles within a few days.
- Ice the area a few times in the first several hours to ease swelling (keep a cloth between the ice and your skin).
I'll send you home with complete written instructions, and I'm always just a call or text away if anything comes up.
